Lot 1216

1885. PCGS graded MS-64. CAC. PQ. Well struck and mostly untoned. Popular key date to the series, and always in strong collector demand when a nice coin like this appears on the market. The often seen faint die cracks are present at the tops of 18, and the bottom of 85. Clean surfaces, with just a trace of golden russet over classic nickel-gray fields and devices. A pleasing example in every regard (PCGS # 3846) Estimate Value $4,500 - 4,800
