Only three second charter notes are reported from this ever-popular bank, with this the highest grade of the trio. It is a solid mid-grade example, tightly margined as is typical of "New England trim" banks, with solid eye appeal that is enhanced by bold pen signatures. Its last appearance was two decades ago in the CAA FUN sale in January, 1998, where it brought $3960.
