1874. Arrows. NGC graded Proof 65 Cameo. Lovely blue toning around the obverse rims. Only 700 struck and an important type coin with the Arrows at the date. The Arrows signified a slight adjustment in the silver content of the planchets of coinage of the period, an early attempt at managing the United States onto the Metric system, which sadly was ignored.
