SICILY-Syracuse. 405-395 B.C. AR tetradrachm (17.42 g). Quadriga left, above, Nike flying right to crown charioteer; in exergue, barley ear. Reverse: Head of Arethusa left, around, four dolphins. SNG-ANS-290 (same dies). Well struck and perfectly centered, excellent metal and problem free surfaces. Beautifully executed dies from the period of finest art. Lightly toned. Choice Very Fine.
