Trade Dollar. 1883. NGC graded Proof 65. A lovely gem example of this scarce Proof only issue. Only 979 struck, most of which don't even approach this grade. Untoned and with good contrast between the mirror fields and frosted devices. Free of detractions, the snowy white devices are very appealing and the delicate fields show few signs of contact. Certainly in the top ten percent of the issue.
