1787 Fugio Cent with 8-Pointed Stars on Label Newman 15-Y Rarity-2 PCGS graded VF20, CAC Approved. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. Smooth and free of any notable defects, just moderately worn. The date and legends are clear except for the lower 8-pointed star on the label, which is nearly missing. All 8 points of the upper star are visible while only a few points of the lower star remain. This disparity is typical for the variety. LDS with die cracks on both sides, and the crack through ring #7 is strong. Listed on page 90 in the "Redbook." Estimate Value $500 - UP
