1804 C-12 R2 Crosslet 4, Stemless Wreath EF40+. Clipped Planchet. Very attractive glossy medium brown and light chocolate. The only notable mark is a thin, light nick right of the Y in LIBERTY. MDS. A minor planchet clip affects the rim under the bust tip and the opposing rim at S-O (as struck). A very attractive half cent, close to EF45. Removed from an ANACS slab graded EF45 (label #293575 included, and it shows the attribution).
