1892-O. PCGS graded MS-65+. Mostly untoned with semi prooflike surfaces. This is the first year of the Barber design and a mere 390,000 pieces were struck at the New Orleans Mint. Gem examples like this are quite difficult to obtain, and this is certainly one of the finer examples known today of this issue. Destined for an advanced Barber half dollar collection and worthy of a strong bid. Pop 1; 6 finer, 4 in 66, 1 in 67, 1 in 68. (PCGS # 6462) .
Estimated Value $4,000 - 4,400.

Realized $4,583
