1911. PCGS graded Proof 66 Brown. CAC Approved. Some red visible. Only 1,733 minted. Vivid coppery hues with warm reddish brown highlights. A satiny Matte Proof that displays an endless smooth field and physical strength. The strike is bold -- par for a date that is almost always found 100% needle-sharp. Judged from an aesthetic standpoint, this 1911 Gem Proof Cent is also possessed of much finer eye-appeal than most. Pop 14; none finer at PCGS (PCGS # 3309) .
