1938-D. PCGS graded MS-64. A hint of light gold tone; frost and well struck, as always for this grade level. Denver consistently produced sharp Liberty Walking Half Dollars in the 1930s and 1940s. Mintage: only 491,600 pieces (PCGS # 6605) .
