1890-CC. PCGS graded MS-64. Well struck and frosty white. The '90-CC, while coming from the same Treasury Department hoards of the 1970s as the other issues, is much scarcer than, say, the 1882-CC thru 1884-CC dates. It commands a strong following. Those hoping to acquire multiple examples of choice quality 1890-CC often are frustrated in the endeavor (PCGS # 7198) .
