1928 Hawaiian Half Dollar NCS AU Details. Harshly cleaned. Untoned. But nevertheless a worthy addition to a coin collection. The only other half dollar struck at the Philadelphia Mint in 1928 is the Oregon commemorative; there were no regular-issue Walking Liberty halves made in 1928 other than at San Francisco (PCGS # 9309) .
