1873-CC $20 Liberty. NCS graded Extremely Fine Details, whizzed. We also note some irregular rose color toning. This nicely detailed Carson City $20 possesses a generous portion of its original strike definition. A few obverse bagmarks and abrasions are present, while the reverse is a little smoother for the grade aside from the aforementioned whizzing. Only 22,410 pieces were struck. Unlike the Philadelphia and San Francisco twenties of the date, the 1873-CC comes with a Closed 3 exclusively (PCGS # 8968) .
