1821 Capped Bust Half Dollar. NGC graded MS-61. Lovely gold and blue toning which is vibrant and colorful, almost inspirational in its brilliance, a good match for the frosty surface that propels the toning outward from below. A common enough variety (but not in this condition), O-104 has a close date with 21 very close; the C in the wide 50 C is entirely right of the olive stem. Pop 12; 61 finer (PCGS # 6128) .
