1866 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. With motto. PCGS graded VF-20. Somewhat of a soft strike on the reverse with nice uniform antique toning on both sides. Rare date as only 16,800 were struck for circulation. PCGS has graded only 32 examples in all grades
(PCGS # 5468) .
