1955 Lincoln Cent. Doubled die obverse. PCGS graded MS-63 Brown PQ. A Premium Quality coin with only a couple of small marks in the hair. Strong doubling is seen at IN GOD WE TRUST, LIBERTY, and of course the date, but also, if you look closely, Lincoln's bow tie is doubled, and so too the eyelid and lips. One of the most famous (and popular) minting errors to come out of the 1950s decade (PCGS # 2825) .
