1908-D $20 St. Gaudens. With motto. PCGS graded MS-64. Lovely rose and gold toning. The surfaces have a gleaming, metallic, satin-like sheen. Where a collector might expect to see the usual deviation in the sharp relief, mainly in the centers of Liberty and eagle where the design would sometimes fail to completely fill the dies, this standout '08-D takes the opposite road by being boldness personified!
