1879-CC Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64. Mostly untoned. A lustrous example of this scarce 1879 Carson City Mint dollar that has rich frosty white luster with somewhat contrasting characteristics between the heavy frost on the portrait and eagle against slightly mirror-like fields. Generous detail to the highpoints on this fine example, with a thorough and effectual imprint from the dies; there are no soft areas left by the recoil of the dies as sometimes occurs, none whatsoever.
