1890 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64. Lightly toned. A choice lustrous mirrored specimen with a nuance of frost on the devices on both sides. Struck from carefully made Proof dies that imported a sharp relief to the design and a slight "orange peel" effect in the fields. Only 590 Proofs made (PCGS # 5591) .
