1871 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 63 Cameo. A hint of blue and gold toning near the edges. 960 proofs minted. Smooth satin finish covers both Liberty and the eagle, with the mirror field sparkling as when first issued except for the delicate toning. Difficult to find compared to the more plentiful Proof dates in the 1880s. Pop 7; 6 finer; 5 in 64; 1 in 65. (PCGS # 85570) .
