1877 Indian Head Cent. PCGS graded VF-25 Brown. 852,500 coins minted. Popular key date. Nice brown color with some lighter pinkish copper tinting on and around the date plus a little darker verdigris within the feathers. Most of LIBERTY readable on the headband. (While the photograph picks up some light scratches on the PCGS holder, these are not on the coin itself, which is smooth and attractive.) (PCGS # 2127) .
