1937 Roanoke Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-66. Lightly toned. Fully lustrous, the satin-smooth surfaces display few noticeable abrasions. The devices were struck with such power by the dies that all design elements show boldly on this handsome Norfolk commemorative. Sir Walter Raleigh is the nobleman and cavalier depicted on the obverse (PCGS # 9367) .
