1898 $20 Liberty. PCGS graded MS-62. Vivid bright fields and devices. Scarce date in high grade, for some reason easily explained, the 1898 issue is much scarcer, grade for grade than the San Francisco counterpart. The reason? Low mintage: just 170,470 pieces were made at Philadelphia dated 1898 (PCGS # 9033) .
