1940-D Mercury Dime. PCGS graded MS-68. Nice gem white coin. Frosty fields blessed with refreshing luster. The more matte design of Liberty's profile stands out nicely against this brilliance. No toning, just silver-white color. And so to the next qualification, the strike. Here we see quite good detail with only minor weakness to the otherwise sharp centers. Pop 3; none finer.
