Lot 753

1910 Barber Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 67 Cameo. Fully white gem. Bright satin finish, sparkling as when first issued, the mirror fields glassy smooth and "deep." While Proofs Barber coins aren't exactly difficult to find in superlative condition it is still worth pausing to study the fact that all devices on this beautiful 1910 were struck with the usual and desirable consistency of this year, that is, sharply by the dies, which then left behind bold elements of detail throughout. Only 896 proofs issued. Pop 3; 2 in 68 Cam. (PCGS # 85696) .
Estimated Value $5,000 - 5,500.

Realized $5,750
