1889 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 66 Cameo. Mostly white with nice gold toning near the edges. A luminous gem of optimum quality for the grade: The luster and mirror "depth" is unbeatable, as well, and the strike is nearly full, being quite crisp in most places excepting a single (13th) star. Only 711 proofs issued. Pop 4; 2 higher in 67 Cam. (PCGS # 85590) .
