1853 $10 Liberty. 3 over 2. PCGS graded MS-61 P.Q. An incredible strictly Brilliant Uncirculated example of this popular "Guide Book" overdate variety. This beauty boasts of a full strike with intense frosty mint luster and rich yellow gold in color. This coin has been resting in a private coin collection for decades and has just now been sent to PCGS for certification. This is a discovery coin and is the only Mint State coin certified by PCGS. NGC reports only 1 coin at the Mint State level as MS-62. We would love to match this coin up with the NGC specimen as we feel this coin is of Premium Quality for the designated grade. A fantastic find for the gold eagle specialist. Pop of 1 with none better (PCGS # 8611) .
