1879 Trade Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64 Cameo. A gorgeous brilliant cameo example with a film of light creamy color toning. A spot-free beauty with very few hairlines, most of which can be seen appear to be on the plastic and not on the actual coin. A total of 1541 were struck for this proof-only year. PCGS reports 25 in this grade with 9 in PR-65 Cameo, 8 in PR-66 Cameo, 1 in PR-67 Cameo and 1 in PR-68 Cameo (PCGS # 7059) .
