1874 Trade Dollar. NGC graded Proof 64 Cameo. A splendid and choice example of this year. Well struck with full mirror surfaces overlaid with a light film of natural gold toning. A few trivial hairlines can be seen in the right obverse field but only with the aid of magnification. The holder itself shows handling marks and this coin's beauty would improve if reholdered. A total of 700 proofs were made (PCGS # 7054) .
