1859-O Liberty Seated Dollar. PCGS graded MS-62 PQ. A better than average strike with the hair of Liberty not quite full. However, it is the intense frosty mint surfaces that makes this a Premium Quality example for the designated grade. PCGS reports 77 in this grade with 39 in MS-63, 15 in MS-64 and 1 in MS-65 (PCGS # 6947) .
