1859 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64. Sharply struck and nicely toned, especially the reverse in electric blue and mauve. A spot just below the cap is mentioned for accuracy. Pop 12 with 5 in 65, 2 in 66 and 2 in 67 (PCGS # 5448) .
