1880-CC Morgan Dollar. 80 over 79. Reverse of 1878. PCGS graded MS-64. A pure white and frosty specimen. The remnants of the 79 are clear underneath the 80 in the date. A few scattered ticks on the cheek and breast of the eagle are the only marks potentially keeping this piece from the gem category. An exceptional strike with almost entirely blemish free surfaces. Housed in an old PCGS green label holder (PCGS # 7108) .
