Morgan Dollar. 1880-CC, 80 over 79. Reverse of 1878. PCGS graded MS-66. Ridiculously immaculate frosty gem! This coin has the appearance that it has been stored in a "Sub-Zero" freezer for ten years. Original mint frost covers every aspect of this coin and breaks in the "skin" are few and far between. Overdate is clear, with traces of the 7 and 9 clear within the 80. Tied for Finest Graded by PCGS with a population report of 39 with none finer (PCGS # 7108) .
