Lot 1390

1936 Robinson-Arkansas Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-67. Exceedingly frosty, white surfaces that are free from almost all imperfections! Gorgeous sunburst toning from 6:00 to 12:00 on the obverse. Vibrant teal green and yellow toning is on the reverse at 6:00, just below the eagle. While a MS66 example of this commemorative might not be a big deal to many, a specimen obtaining a grade as high as the present example is quite rare. Add gorgeous toning and original frost and you end up with one of the finest of this issue. PCGS population of 53 in MS-67 with a single MS-68 as finest (PCGS # 9369) .
Estimated Value $2,000 - 2,500.

Realized $3,795
