1891 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-63. After years of low business strike mintages from Philadelphia (1879-1890), the year 1891 is marked by the production of 200,600 pieces. The present example displays some slight reflectivity to the obverse fields. Rich mint frost coats Liberty and the eagle. The only obverse mark to mention is a light scuff in the field left of stars 9-13. PCGS population of only 34. (PCGS # 6373) .
