Liberty Seated Dollar. 1865. PCGS graded Proof 63 PQ. Last collectible year of proof issues of the No Motto seated dollars, the 1866 No Motto proof being basically unobtainable. Mintage of 500 pieces for the 1865 dollar in proof. Housed in an older generation PCGS holder with green label, small letters. This specimen actually boasts a sort of cameo appearance due to the aged charcoal toning of the fields and the bright, fully struck Liberty. Some yellow-green toning on Liberty. The reverse eagle is sharp and extremely frosty. Very choice and PQ! PCGS Pop of 48 in PR63. Civil War Era (PCGS # 7008) .
