Flowing Hair Cent. 1793. Wreath reverse, vine and bars edge. S-6. PCGS graded VG-10. Actual sharpness of Fine or better with a few minor rim nicks about the edges. The surfaces are a slightly glossy medium to dark chocolate brown (PCGS # 1347) .
