Mercury Dime. 1942. PCGS graded Proof 68. Deep maroon toning encircles Liberty which is left in a white center. Luster, strike and metal flow are all top notch. Reverse has iridescent toning on the right periphery and a light film over the fields. Mercury dimes were struck in proof from 1936-1942 and the mintage for this year was 22,329.
