Buffalo Nickel. 1936. Type 1. PCGS graded Proof 67 Satin. Fully struck with amazing superb gem luster. A light champagne toning on the surfaces. The horn is fully struck up and the luster flows completely in an arc across the stomach and legs. This piece is choice and population reports show that only 18 examples exist in the next grade up at PCGS. Struck during the first production of proofs in 1936 that have the Satin finish and typcial strong strike (PCGS # 3994) .
