1862 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 65. Deeply toned on the obverse in a crisp, olive-blue color. The reverse is brilliant white, with tinges of color near the rims, and some nice cameo contrast between the raised devices and the perfectly flat fields. Housed in an older-generation, green-label holder (PCGS # 5558) .
