Lot 665

1927-S Buffalo Nickel. PCGS graded MS-64. A rare date in high grade, PCGS has graded just 141 this high, with a scant 18 graded higher (all MS-65). Tawny gold toning on the obverse and reverse, with satiny luster in the fields. Don't expect to find a better one, this is about as nice as these ever are found. An important coin for the specialist.
Estimated Value $2,000 - 2,500.

Realized $2,185
