1878 Trade Dollar. Proof 63. Toned with cloudy gray hues on both sides, with evidence of sunset gold too. Well frosted on the devices, but with the usual hairlines in the fields slightly disturbing the delicate mirrors. Always popular with collectors, and an important type issue.
