1928 Hawaiian Half Dollar. AU-58. This one has been cleaned and remains dull in appearance. Still a scarce commemorative, and most of these have been cleaned several times in the past, and this is no exception. We must recall that a great many of Hawaiian commemorative issues were stored and became toned with not the most becoming shades, so few survive in original mint-fresh condition. This one is nicely struck, and will probably improve over time.
