1809, 9 over 8. PCGS graded AU-58. Frosty and untoned with considerable brightness. A scarce issue, as not many of these were struck, and precious few survive today. The curls on Liberty and the star centers are crisp, as well as the tiny wing feathers on the reverse. A classic example of the popular John Reich style that was first launched in 1807.
