Charles VI - Holy Roman Emperor. Document Signed "Carl" as Holy Roman Emperor, etc., etc., 17 pp, Vienna, June 29, 1715.A beautiful 17pp vellum document in a rust-colored holder with with four yellow ribbons attached and with a 6¼ in. seal of the Holy Roman Emperor attached by yellow cord, honoring Aegidii Burkhard Wofers for his loyal service and spelling out in great detail the land and other rewards he was to receive. One entire page is a handdrawn rendering of the coat of arms with which the Emperor was rewarding him. A very fancy presentation, reprensenting the honor the knight was receiving and the esteem in which he was held by the Emperor. Some wear to covers; the vellum pages are in excellent condition, with minor foxing; and the seal is in excellent condition.
