Autograph Note Signed ("Hoagy Carmichael"). On the cover of sheet music for the song "April in My Heart" measuring 9 x 12", n.p., n.d. In black ink. To actress and singer Constance Moore. A 2½" fold to the upper right corner, pen marks at lower center edge, and light surface scratches. In good condition.
Carmichael writes a short lyrical note on the sheet music for a song from the film Say it in French. He writes: "To Connie -- who can phrase it / and I says it --".
