1894. PCGS graded Proof 64. Premium Quality. Wonderful blue and russet obverse toning around the rims. Don't understand the low grade as the surfaces are clean and mark free. Also looks like a cameo example with good contrast between the frosted devices and mirror fields. Scarce even at this grade level, and a whole lot more eye appeal than usually seen on a coin at this grade level (PCGS # 7329) Estimated Value $4,000 - UP
