Smith (1945-1986) pilot of the Challenger and Sharon Christa McAuliffe (1948-1986) school teacher from Concorde, New Hampshire. Two individually signed covers. One a simple cover with postage canceled at Kennedy Space Center, November, 1981 with Smith signing in blue ball point in his usual small handwriting. McAuliff has signed boldly in red Flair a George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, Rockwell International Rocketry Division. cover stamped March 15, 1980. Both are in excellent condition.
