Vintage, Used Mission Control Headset Property of the Flight Director from ASTP to Early Shuttle Flights. Vintage original Mission Control headset from the mid-1970s manufactured by Pacific Plantronics, Inc property of the Flight Director beginning with AST to the early Shuttle Flights. Headset is complete with earpiece and plug, microphone, cord, volume control with belt clip and hilariously large double pronged adaptor plug. Burned into the side of the black plastic volume control is the serial MSC 2059. A lot of history passed through this headset and the first time we have offered such an iconic piece of equipment that all but defines the men and women in Mission Control. In fine used condition.
