1900. NGC graded Proof 64. Fully untoned example with handsome white devices that show good contrast with the reflective fields. Interesting date and a turn of the century finality to the prior 100 years. The fields are clean, and Liberty's cheek is pleasing with only minimal signs of handling noted when closely examined.
